Our office is now closed!!  The last crew just got back  in and all homes that were supposed to be closed and secured for the storm are completed. We now have the fun task of getting our homes ready for the storm. Once this is complete we wait to see how Hurricane Isaias will affect our area.

The team did a great job with such short notice to get to all the homes . We prepare for this but you never know what  hurdles will be thrown at you but we conquered and I am very proud of them. They worked tirelessly to prepare your homes for the storm starting at 6:00 AM each morning and working till dark.

Till we know the severity of the storm will then determine if post hurricane inspections are warranted and what actions are necessary for any repairs.   If you are in residence we will begin opening up homes on Monday and will go as fast as we can. We will not working in the field  tomorrow as the storm is hitting at this time and it will not be safe to have trucks or personnel out in the field.  All residents who are not here will be serviced after we take care of all the clients who are in residence.  We will get all the homes reopened within the time frames that your Homeowners association requires so please do not worry about this.  If we can keep your home closed we are going to keep closed up as it is still very early in the hurricane season. There is even another disturbance in the Atlantic that is brewing. ( see attachments). This is the earliest in the history of tracking storms that we have had 9 names storms since the inception of tracking hurricanes.

Please remember we may lose power which affects many things. We may have limited Internet , phones etc so please be patient if we do not respond immediately back to you.  We do have a contingency plan in place.  We have VOIP phones and someone is stationed outside of the storm’s path to be able to receive the calls and respond back to you.  This person will also be able to receive emails. Please feel free to email me but also please send your emails to info@homecarepro.com.  This is an email address we set up for the storm in case I am not able to receive emails.

That’s about it for now. I will send another update tomorrow. Please email me any questions you may have and I will do my best to respond to you as quickly as possible. I want to thank all of you for working with us . You have been great in your communication and we are grateful for this. We hope we were able to give you as much peace of mind as possible with a storm hitting and not having to worry if your home would be secured. This is what we do and is part of our culture

Let’s hope this storm stays east of us!!!!!
