I hope that everyone had a nice 4th of July weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!

As I am sure you have heard, COVID-19 is exploding in South Florida, but please be aware that our staff at GHMS is continuing to follow CDC Protocol. Everyone is wearing masks and gloves prior to entering homes. We are constantly making sure everything is sanitized and are maintaining social distancing rules while in the office. We are taking team member temperatures every day prior to them starting work for the day.

As of June 1st, we officially entered into the 2020 Hurricane Season. The National Hurricane Center is predicting a more active season than normal with an updated forecast of 14-20 tropical storms, with 7 to 11 becoming hurricanes. We have already had 4 named storms this season prior to July making it the earliest in history.

We are in the process of preparing your homes for the hurricane season by lubing shutters, checking panels and moving furniture if necessary. Our staff has been organizing and preparing for the hurricane season for weeks now. Because of their hard work & organization, we are able to immediately go into action the second that we are put into the cone of possibility of a storm coming our way. There is always a chance that the predictions for the storm are wrong, but we cannot wait until the last second as we would never be able to ensure that your home has been secured and protected.

If you are presently on home watch service, you should be receiving the weekly inspection reports. If for some reason you are not receiving please let us know so we can ensure we have the proper email address.  There is also a chance the report can go to your spam file so check that as well.  Our handymen are busy doing repairs to homes and fixing items requested.  If you are in need of having a project completed this summer while you are away or here please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

Should you have any questions regarding hurricane preparations for your home, our home watch program or any repairs or improvements you need at your home, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I hope that you and your families are staying healthy and doing well!! Thank you for your continued business & support.
