As many businesses are closing down and not operating that is quite the opposite at Gardens Home. We do have a few employees working from home as I am limiting the amount of people in the office. We are staggering some start times for employees to create more social distancing and everyone is following the protocols for washing hands, wearing gloves and practicing smart processes to prevent the spread of this virus.
Our office is open normal business hours at this time, and we are out there servicing our clients with their requests whether it be handyman, housecleaning, homewatch, etc. We have locked the door to our office to anyone who is not an employee so no one can just enter our office without being called in. We have created a sanitation station outside of our office door for all employees who enter to continue to create a clean and healthy environment.
We would appreciate if you can make sure that Gardens Home Management is called in to your gate as an essential vendor. We need to be able to gain access to your home if you are not here to protect your investment and watch over your home if you have already headed north which many of you have or to provide the services you are requesting. If security has any questions regarding our protocols regarding how we are protecting our clients and preventing the spread of the coronavirus, please have them call me directly. I am confident and sure that we are ahead of the curve when it comes to taking precautions and ensuring the safety of both our clients and employees
Communication is the key during any crisis, and I assure you we will be online, answering emails, answering and returning phone calls promptly as we have processes in place. We are able to do this from the office and remotely if need be as we have the protocols already set up so no need to worry that you will not be able to contact us and communicate with us
Again if you need to move your departure date up and are not ready to close up your home and arrange car carriers etc. do not stress or worry as we will assist you so this gets taken care of so you can get to where you want to be immediately and your home will be secured upon your departure.
These are unprecedented times and we are at a moment unlike anything we have even known. Please rest assured we are doing everything on our part to protect our employees and our customers. We are here to serve you and help you during these difficult times. I am always a glass is half full type person and hope this experience will make us all stronger and smarter once it has passed
