Laura Daley grew up in Bucks County, PA where Governors, Senators and a future President would be regular fixtures in her home, her parents actively involved in political grooming.  Honing her manufacturing, facility management and client services acumen for over 25 years provides assurance that exceeding client expectations are, first and foremost, goals for her position.

Her career began with 12 years in manufacturing for the luxury sterling silver gift market as a third generation owner of Web Silver Company. Focusing on learning every aspect of the family-owned business gave Laura clear insight about how to please buyers, wholesale clients and end-users with their high-end product. Internationally renowned luxury labels, procured and private-labeled many of their products. Laura’s fresh perspective on changing markets enabled Web Silver to its eventual merger with another manufacture.

Laura then moved into the health care realm as Sr. Manager of Facilities for the Americas for PRA Health Sciences. There she owned facility responsibilities for dozens of offices, clinics and laboratories and dozens of staff. Another primary responsibility was to recommend, budget and manage facilities capital projects.  Whether designing a new office, rehabbing a clinic or relocating a facility, Laura had many high-profile, executive and staff (a.k.a. customers) to please. Bringing a global organization into the 21st Century with her innovative concepts, she was instrumental in changing how the industry develops working spaces for their employees. Her pro-active approach was highly regarded. She continued to sharpen her skill-set attending Villanova University in 2009 to obtain her Master Certificate in Project Management.

Moving to FL four years ago with her husband of 30 years, or “running away from home” as her grown children call it, she now brings her wide-range of expertise to Gardens Home Management Services to further support and build excellent client relationships.  Her proactive approach to customer growth will encourage continued trust and faith in Gardens Home Management Services ability to support the many needs of our homeowner base.

In her free time, Laura spends time with family, kayaking, biking, boating, and volunteering at the Loggerhead Marine Center in Juno Beach. Entrenching herself in the community and spending time enjoying paradise balance her life in FL.
