A Gardens Home Management Services Homewatch Inspector has the responsibility to inspect a homeowner’s house in their absence to ensure that there are no signs of leaks, insect or pest problems, security system alerts, or other visible maintenance needs. A complete interior and exterior inspection of the home is conducted with close attention paid to proper operation of the mechanical systems including air conditioning, pool and spa equipment, and plumbing and electrical systems. After each inspection is completed, it is the home watch specialist’s responsibility to report back to the homeowner the condition of their house. Home watches are considered an inexpensive “insurance policy” which provides the homeowner with peace-of-mind.
